  • How many days in advance do I need to order a graze box, board, or table?

    Graze Boxes require 1-3 days notice.

    Graze Boards require 1-3 days notice.

    Graze Tables require 7 days notice.

  • How do I order a Graze Box, Board, or Table?

    Graze boxes, boards and tables can all be 

    ordered through our website. Browse through our selection by hitting the "store" button to find what suits your needs best!

  • Do you do custom order?

    While we can cater to most dietary restrictions, we do offer customization of our boxes, boards or tables. kindly refer to the 

    Cutom Curate page on our website and send us request. Thank you

  • How long after I receive my box/board should it be consumed?

    Best to consume within same day of delivery or pick-up.

  • What if I have food allergies?

    Our work environment is cleaned, sanitised regularly but it’s not 100% allergen free as our menu includes nuts

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

  • What are the DELIVERY & PICK-UP hours?

    Delivery & Pick-up hours are between 10am and 6pm. Delivery based in Mont Kiara


  • Where are you located for pick-up?

    We are located at Mont Kiara.

  • Is there an additional fee for delivery?

    Yes, we charge a delivery fee based on your location. Delivery beyond 10 km in the heart of city, Selangor, Putrajaya  

    Flat delivery fee - RM 20 (10KM within KL/PJ)

RETURNING SERVING EQUIPMENT

  • Do I need to return all serving equipment?

    No! This applies to Graze boards.


OTHER

  • How safe is it to make payments through our website and online store?


    Currently, we do not provide online payments via our website. When you make a purchase, we provide you with our RHB bank information to transfer the funds. Upon verification of payment, we will then process your order. 


  • How do you ensure food safety and hygiene?


    Our food preparer, delivery personnels are fully vacinnated and adhere to the highest safety standards when handling your food items.
